If you prefer when someone replies to an ad that the “From” field contains the email address and name of the person replying to the ad instead of the site administrator’s name and email, then you can go to General Settings under Manage General Options and check the box with the text

Check this to use the name and email of the sender in the FROM field when someone replies to an ad. When unchecked the messages go out with the website name and WP admin email address in the from field. Some servers will not process outgoing emails that have an email address from gmail, yahoo, hotmail and other free email services in the FROM field. Some servers will also not process emails that have an email address that is different from the email address associated with your hosting account in the FROM field. If you are with such a webhost you need to leave this option unchecked and make sure your WordPress admin email address is tied to your hosting account.

Fixed in the update
The .info email bug. In previous versions if an email address ended in .info it was failing to pass validation
The text font size warping bug. In the previous version IE7 was enlarging text when users hit the submit button.

What’s new in Version 1.0.6

There is nothing new in Version 1.0.6 except that it is optimized for use with the Extra Fields Module. Nothing has been structurally changed. There have been some bug fixes as reported below:

1. BUG FIX:* The problem with the reply-to link in emails ( the “to” is joined to the email address so you have something like reply toemail@address.xxx
2. BUG FIX:    * Some people are having problems with the Delete Ad link where users cannot delete their ads. Delete link changed to button to pass data in more reliable manner.
3. BUG FIX: Pager bug created problem for admins using default permalink structure whereby they could not navigate beyond page 1 of their view listings page
4. BUG FIX:* Admin image management cleaned up a bit. There were some problems where after you deleted a picture from the admin it did not reload the pictures but reported “no images found”. This was because of a problem in the pager. The Delete/Approve/Disable links are now buttons to better transfer data for processing.

• Some people are having problems with the Delete Ad link where users cannot delete their ads. Looks like this has to do with the method being used to pass the ad data. Some versions of PHP do not use this method so changing the method which should hopefully fix the problem.

This was because of a problem in the pager so the Delete/Approve/Disable links are now buttons and the “no images found” problem should now be gone.

Will further update this page with info on what’s new in Version 1.0.6, but overall there are no major changes. The only major release will be the Extra Fields Module which should be ready in another day or two.

1. set “define (‘WPLANG’, ’sl’);” in wp-config file (instead sl use your code)
2. create .mo file and rename to “AWPCP.mo” (important – UPERCASE!)
3. put AWPCP.mo in to “another-wordpress-classifieds-plugin” directory

1. Activate language settings in database (not sure this is required):

( If you’re having the mail failure no recipient address issue but you’re not running in pay mode with a $0.00 listing fee plan or otherwise are not having the problem under the conditions described please let me know). For now this is being treated as a bug related to these specific conditions.

A bug has indeed been found under these conditions. The system is not receiving the ad ID so it fails to retrieve all the other information and does in fact attempt to send an email with no recipient address.

The bug is being fixed and the fixed file will be uploaded for download. It will be updated in the core but a new version update will not be released around it.

Earlier suggestions that this might be related to the use of an email address not associated with your server should be ignored in this specific case where you are getting mail failure no recipient address messages with text including:

A message that you sent contained no recipient addresses, and therefore no
delivery could be attempted.
