It is not recommended that you allow html in ads, however, the ability to do so has been provided. If you want to allow users the ability to use HTML in their ads, simply go to your classifieds admin options under Ad/Listings Settings and look for
Allow HTML in ad text [ Not recommended ]
Checking the box will enable users to use HTML in their ads.
This option includes the ability for you to add a description above the ad placement text box, if you so choose. For example, if HTML is not allowed, you can put text above the box saying “HTML is not allowed”, or if HTML is allowed, your text can read “HTML Allowed”, or whatever note you would like place above the ad placement text box. It could be anything and does not need to related to whether HTML is allowed or not. To configure this description you need to be on the same Ad/Listings Settings page in your classifieds admin options. The option to look for is shown below:
