Please tell me how to change the symbol ” $ ” from here ( $ 1,800.00 ) with something else. maybe euro. Thanks
Style, it should be changing by itself once you adjust the currency codes under “Payment Settings”, but I am told by one user that when he tries to change the USD value it does not? Anyone else having that problem where you’re not being allowed to change from USD to your own currency? Once you change that the $ adjusts to the correct symbol if it knows the symbol. If it doesn’t know the symbol it replaces the symbol with your currency code.
Hi friend.
I change the currency, the AWPCP is in dollars and its symbol is $, but I want to put my country’s currency is Nuevo_Sol/ Sol and its symbol is S /. and if it is possible to choose the currencies that $ or S /., in which line and which file should I do the respective changes.
(In the file functions_awcp.php on line 2822 there are changes to prices (currency))
Hi, after changing the currency 20 plus times it always reverts back to USD, I’m loving this plugin but I really need to find out how to change it to ZAR (R). Please investigate this for us, I updated to the latest AWPCP and wordpress and still no changes to my issue.Would you advise us as and when you have a chance to look at it? Thanks for this plugin, it is solving a huge problem I had. Much appreciated! Regards – James
Hi James,
It’s often mentioned in the support forum, so I added it as an FAQ: . Check it out there.
Hi thanks for the quick reply! I tried what you said and it gave me a fatal error and deactivated the plugin. I just added ,’ZAR’ after USD on the line you referred me to and it broke? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks again – J
Hi James,
Off hand, if you put it in wrong, creating a syntax error, that’s the only thing that could shut down the plugin. Please note, support questions now belong in the support forum. Thanks!
