Good day,
I am a web designer in South Africa and I have started to work with Word Press and its plug-in’s. I have come upon your plug-in and I must first admit it’s wonderful.
I have just one big question, please help me. How can I change the “$” in the price to “R” which is our currency symbol. I don’t want to mess up your great work by trying to solve the issue myself.
Please, I would really like to use your plug-in, but customized to South Africa’s currency.
Best regards
Jacques
Jacques, my sincere apologies for taking so long to reply. Have you set the display currency code and paypal currency code to the code for South Africa from the Payment Settings tab under the “Manage General Options” page? If so that should replace the $ with the code for the South African currency. Note that the code and the symbol are treated differently. The plugin only recognizes the standard symbols so in the case of the South African currency it would not replace the $ symbol with your “R” symbol, it would replace the $symbol with your currency code “ZAR”.
First of all thanks very much for the great plugin, I have a little problem;however, when I try to enter more than 21000000 in the price field (I set up in IDR), the value that comes up always IDR 21,474,836.47. Any suggestion?
@emefpram, not sure what might be going on there. Unfortunately not able to check it at this time. Will make a note of it and try to check it as soon as possible.
